As long as you booked a room and done processing the payment with us, we can no longer refund you since it has been done for you ahead of time.
No Show Policy
Even if you can’t make it to your scheduled arrival or you cannot really make it at all, your 100% charge for the payment is still active. This only applies for those guests who booked and pay ahead of time.
If you have a valid reason for cancellation, we can definitely refund you. Below are the valid reasons we can accept for cancellation and refund.
● Terrorism Attack (Like what happened in Bohol)
● Natural Calamities
● Others (As long as guest can provide evidence, that can be considered as valid)
